Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Dream House Makerz, we strive to deliver high-quality architectural and design services tailored to our clients’ needs. Since our services are customized and project-specific, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms below:

1. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations are only permitted if requested within 24 hours of placing the order and before work has commenced.
  • If cancellation is requested before work starts, up to 80% of the payment will be refunded after deducting administrative charges.
  • Once the project work has begun, no cancellations will be entertained.
2. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are not applicable once Services have been delivered in whole or in part.
  • If Dream House Makerz fails to deliver the Services due to its own fault, a 100% refund will be processed.
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective elements such as style, aesthetics, or preferences will not be grounds for a refund. Instead, revisions will be offered within the scope of the package.
  • All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Services
  • Consultation fees, express service charges, design initiation fees, and any partially delivered Services are strictly non-refundable.
4. Revisions Instead of Refunds
  • To ensure customer satisfaction, we provide limited free revisions depending on the package purchased. Additional revisions are chargeable.
