How do we calculate the square footage?

The square footage of a place is based on the two points in the Built Up with the total area of the land. The built-up area is the measurement of the total area of the construction done and the plot area in the depth & width of the total plot size. It includes the basement area and not the garage and bonus space.

Can I make several changes to the plan?

As soon as you purchase the plan, our consultant will connect with you and ask you to fill out a questionnaire accordingly. After discussing it with you, we will create the model and deliver it to you as soon as possible. Therefore, after that, your minor changes can be noted and worked upon. However, if there are any changes in your concepts and plans after getting their maps done will require additional charges for the change.

How will we get our drawings?

Once we are done with your ideation and planning, we will prepare the drawings of 3D Elevations, maps, and much more. After getting all the drawings done, we will deliver the soft copy via mail and the hard copy of the drawings to your doorstep via courier services.

Will you provide the drawings if we opt for a single service only?

Preparing maps requires different efforts and delivering it to you is a different long process. Therefore, if you avail only a single service we won’t be able to provide you with the hard copy. However, we will deliver the drawings in both hard and soft copies if only you have opted for the whole full-stack services from us.

How will you ensure that the implementation of the house is going as decided by the plan?

This is one of the main concerns for most of the clients. Creating a plan and preparing the layout is our process but you can have your own contractor for crafting the house. However, to make sure that the work is going according to the plan and maps, one of our senior executives will do random site visits for the site supervision.

How much it takes to get the designs finalized?

Once you have filled the form and got connected with our consultant, he/she will immediately share your project with a senior project manager. In the next 48 hours, we will deliver you the first draft of the plan. However, the process will then work accordingly after the client’s revert and finalization of the drawings. We won’t move further without the final revert from the client.
